However, we recommend arriving early to get a spot. - Clearwater Beach provides extensive parking facilities, including parking garages.

- ‼️TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays. 🌀 - Forget about packing or renting beach gear! Guests are provided with beach towels, eight chairs, a cooler bag, and an umbrella. ⛱️ - The indoor fireplace is not accessible to guests; however, the outdoor firepit is available for your enjoyment. We provide one bundle of firewood per reservation! 🚼 - We can provide a pack-and-play at the property upon request. Also, if you book our property & need additional baby equipment (crib, high chair, etc.), please don’t hesitate to let us know. - ❄️ AC INFO: When using the air conditioning between May and August, kindly avoid setting it below 75°F from noon to 8 PM, and remember to adjust it to 78°F when leaving the property. This practice allows the AC to defrost and operate more effectively in the evening. - Hulu Live is available for cable viewing on the television. 📺

"The house was great for our family vacations (2 adults + 2 young kids), spacious, clean, well equipped. Close to Indian Rocks Beach (about 10 minutes drive). The neighbourhood is really quiet. The hosts were really responsive, answered all our questions and needs really quickly. We specially loved all the available gear and toys for the beach ; it made our vacations easier!"

"We would just like to give a special thanks to the outstanding hosts for such an awesome stay. You two did great! As soon as my wife and I walked in we felt right at home. From the layout, fresh linens, spotless bathrooms, gorgeous functional kitchen - to the endless amount of needs during a stay at a house. (Coffee, tea, pool floats, lots of bathroom and beach/pool towels, top tier beach chairs and all the other beach equipment). The house is mins away from Indian Shores, which is a huge plus! We love that beach and our favorite restaurant Salt Rock Grill. Overall comfortable from all the big things to little things these wonderful hosts took into consideration."
